4. Accessing ArcGIS Server for non administrative use: introduction

Non-administrative access to ArcGIS Server for using its services can be done by creating an instance of the arcrest.ags.server.Server class. This would give you the programmatic interface into the Services Directory page you are probably already familiar with.
