About time this was released

I originally started development on EndlessPy almost a year ago, so this is long overdue. It's still not ready for production, but if you don't mind a few bugs, you can already test the functionality.

While EndlessPy is written with cross-platform support in mind, at the moment only Windows-specific tasks are implemented.

Known Issues:

• The Progress Meter is a bit laggy at times
• The main progress window only shows the first letter of the current step's description
• There is no "finished" dialog
• The main selection window pops up again after an installation
• Everything, including git, is placed in the main ES folder
• "Installer" may be a bit far fetched - there are no symlinks, no menu entries, just a folder
