Getting specs passing, bundler need to be required. Don't know if that's a new Rubygems thing or not.

I was able to bump to 3.2 locally, bundle install, and run the tests without adding bundler to the spec helper. Where were you seeing the issue?

I think it was me actually, just running 'rspec' rather than 'bundle exec rspec'. so my bad. This runs fine for 3.1 and 3.2 locally but not on github actions :S
