- Added general announce for when an "endless hunter totem" spawns in Orgrimmar vision trash, since these little things are bastards.
Changed surging fist to a special warning and make it more clear that it's a dodgable attack.
Fixed Decimator trash warning so it now functions.
Couple very slight thrall timer tweaks - Fixed thrall kill detection
Updated thralls base times
