Handlebars helper {{print}}

Simple helper that prints HTML safe text without interpreting any variables or mustaches.

Seems useless but we need to print {{ mustaches }} in the rendered HTML so you can {{print "{{ mustaches }}" }} so you can use angular or whatever else with mustaches.
