Avx and avx2 versions built using my PC (avx2) and my Notebook (avx) for profiling.
"noprof" is not profiled build.

Avs support in builds is limited to 10 and 16 bits. I decided to rewrite avs patch to support 12 and 14 bits as well after compilation, so those changes slipped from builds.
