The initial purpose of DeleteNewline was simply to remove newlines. However, it has now evolved into a useful utility program that combines regular expressions, global hooks, and keybinds for enhanced convenience.
You can specify a regular expression and apply it through Drag + Keybind in any program, and the final output will be placed on your clipboard.
This app allows you to conveniently apply regular expressions.
You can use other programs or websites, but the convenience provided by DeleteNewline will be the best.

Currently, my personal use environment stays in Windows, so there is no plan to support MAC, Linux environment.
- Copy the text and copy it to the appropriate application window.
- Copy the text, right-click on the appropriate program window, and then click the Paste button.
- Drag the text and press the
Left Alt + F1button. (It works with any draggable program on your PC.)
Text with the applied regular expression is located on your 'clipboard'. You can check it by using the Win + V key or Ctrl + V key.
Users can conveniently extract the converted string using a combination of regular expressions and keybind options.
Please note that the keybind option may not run in certain programs due to permission issues. In this case run the program with administrator privileges.
Delete Newline is free.
The .exe of Delete Newline is provided only up to version 1.2.7. However, since the .exe can be built, you can use the exe version if you build it yourself. Starting from version 1.3.0, it can be downloaded using the MS Store.
I’m excited to share a sneak peek of the future for Delete Newline! Work is currently underway to bring you Version 3.0, rebuilt from the ground up using WinUI 3. This new version will introduce significant feature enhancements, aiming to make the app even more powerful and user-friendly.
One important update to note: advertisements will be included in Version 3.0 to help support the ongoing development of the app.
For those who prefer an ad-free experience, I recommend continuing to use Version 2.0, which is based on the WPF branch. However, Version 2.0 will no longer be supported through the Microsoft Store. Instead, the executable (.exe) version of Version 2.0 will be made available for download.
