Including: - Parsing the list from JSON file. - Use DataTemplate to dynamically change the list based on the list - Refactor the UI and fix random crash while clicking the button - Replace StackPanel with GridView for the layout

Fixes part of #79 & #109
Still need to implement some community tools for GI & HSR but should be done in the coming days & ready to be merged for next preview release.
