You have to download vCloud SDK here (need registration) : http://communities.vmware.com/community/vmtn/developer/forums/vcloudsdkjava

Tip : If you dont want to register, you can download vCloud SDK for Java 1.5.0 -Community Samples in the same page (direct download :
http://communities.vmware.com/servlet/JiveServlet/downloadBody/17023-102-1-21875/VMware-vCloudDirector-JavaSDK-Community-1.5.0-472414.zip).
The two jar are available in the lib directory. Nevertheless the Javadoc is not available in this package.
