Added workflows on:

• creation and update of pull request to build & run unit tests and run linter
• push to main branch to build

Why did you do it?

To make sure that changes submitted will not break the build

How have you tested it?

• Created Pull Request and verified that workflows were triggered and successfully completed.
• Pushed a change to the main branch and verified that the workflow was triggered and successfully completed.
