kubeadmin ansible lab

• copy inventories/lab.yaml.example
• init (and reset!) the cluster with playbooks/init-cluster.yaml
• bootstrap all controllers/workers with site.yaml

• configurable kubernetes version, currently hard coded
• configurable pod CIDR, hard coded in kubeadm-config.yaml
