Offical 1.0 Release

Biogears 1.0 uses libBiogears 7.4.0

1.0.0-RC2

This release represents a significant performance improvement over the RC1 release when plotting multiple plots over a long run. All required QT Dlls are included in the bundle, but some MSVC dlls may be required to run the program. Installing Microsoft Redistribution Package for the 2017 and 2019 should resolve any missing files.
