Release 1.13.0

Important change in this release:

Players must be given the permission [gamemode].island.fly before they can use the fly command. It is not given by default anymore.

Updating

1. Stop server
2. Make a backup of the BentoBox Folder for safety
3. Copy this jar into the Addons folder and remove the old jar
4. Make sure you install the Level addon if you want the new feature
5. Restart the server
6. Edit the IslandFly config.yml to set the minimum level required and restart the server.
7. Give players or groups the permission to fly, e.g., bskyblock.island.fly
8. You should be good to go!
