Hi,
I was also wondering how to interpret the spatial plot where multiple cell types are shown in different colors on the same slide image. Since every spot has multiple predicted cell types, does it simply show only the majority cell type for each spot? For example, if B cells are red and FDC cells are blue, and a particular spot is estimated to have 5 B cells and 3 FDC cells, would the spot be only colored red corresponding to a magnitude of 5 on the scale bar?
