Historic Forecasting

This release includes the repaired/improved historic forecasting code, which should be suitable for distribution to servers to begin processing archived data. Relevant code is located in ./code/scripted_processing, other folders included only as part of original code archive. Use of this is specific to the LI region due to the hard-coded camera calibrations (in code/scripted_processing/camera.py) and requires:

• GHI data
• Image data
• Static camera masks (previously located on solar-computer1 in /home/dhuang3/ldata/masks/)
• ML model files (old versions exist in code/scripted_processing/ and code/preprocessing)
