Compiled Python3 .whl with perf added to the profiler

perf counters included:

• PERF_COUNT_HW_CPU_CYCLES
• PERF_COUNT_HW_CACHE_REFERENCES
• PERF_COUNT_HW_CACHE_MISSES

They will show up in the profiling .json when profiling is enabled
