Updates Sourceforge URLs so they continue to work.
Moves to a Platform runtime rather than an SDK - but maybe that should be changed, is there something inside abiword that needs a compiler? If no then we can remove the --devel permissions as well.
In order to improve the quality of the integration with the users desktop I've added exports for icons and desktop files and picked the upstream patch for appdata. Added dconf permissions to make sure settings are saved.
After merging this the manifest would almost be ready for flathub. The main issue would be that they don't have the GNOME 3.20 runtime imported and the main workspace is entirely black when running on the 3.24 runtime.
