How to design and apply a theme

If you want to design a theme from init, press on one button from these
Button | Function |
---|---|
Create new theme file from current registry preferences | |
Create new theme file from default Windows preferences |
Make sure that you are previewing the target OS
Change colors and edit the toggles as you want
Click on buttons you want in the lower part of the form
If you want to design one theme file valid for multiple versions of Windows, change the preview and repeat step 3, step 4: LogonUI screen and step 4: wallpaper
