• install tools dropped
• instance test dropped because we need a fresh procedure to declare admin and its credentials
• docker stays stuck to 21.05, temporarily

GalaxyKickstart_python3

• This release implement the python3 support (3.5 in ubuntu 16.04) and (3.7 in ubuntu 18.04)
• CI is now ensured by GitHub actions, Travis CI is dropped.
• The support for Dockerisation of GKS is transiently dropped but will be soon reestablished

GalaxyKickStart with ini config file support

This is the last version of GalaxyKickStart that work with a galaxy.ini config file.
Here after, we switch to a yaml style for the galaxy config file galaxy.yml

Note that this is the last version installing conda with the mini-conda role.
