File - Rename

One very common feature I find that would be of use would be to rename the file that is open, keeping the session elements such as cursor positions, highlighted ranges, bookmarks. I would envisage it as File - Rename.

Presumably this could be carried out by the Save As logic with the addition of afterward if checked and found successful deleting the current one which for practical purposes may be the easiest, although strictly speaking a rename method would be the most ideal as it would preserve creation stamp, file ID, hardlinks and so on.
