Is your request for enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.
Users can configure a VS Code workspace to have multiple root directories. Users may not understand how project team configs are handled in this scenario.
Describe the solution you'd like
We could add a page under "Using Zowe Explorer" in Zowe Docs for "Managing Profiles" that explains how multi-root workspaces are handled by Zowe Explorer. We could also take the profile-related info from "Usage tips" and put that in this new page.
