[Bug]: Using backup local backup, the local file has been generated and the data cannot be restored

milvus version :v2.4.17
backup version : v0.4.27
Using backup local backup, the local file has been generated and the data cannot be restored.
Minio backup allows for normal backup and recovery of data.

I encountered the same problem. I saw that the data was backed up in the collection, but there was no backup row.
