Current Behavior

binlogs are not created in backup folder when minio.rootPath in backup.yaml is configured like below (ie, rootPath starts with /).

minio:
  rootPath: "/files"

Expected Behavior

binlogs should be backed up irrespective of rootPath starts with or without /

Steps To Reproduce

1. Configure minio.rootPath: "/files" (starting with /)
2. Perform backup create operation
3. binlogs are
