找到了这部分的代码，在您提交的另一个项目里，现在又发现没有：tw.cheyingwu.ckip

应该是ckip分词工具包，与ngram工具包一起在源码的lib文件下
这个是台湾的http服务的分词工具，如果无法使用，可以用别的分词工具替换
