Slack Notification on Organization Sign-up

Need to coordinate with Eric to see what channel he wants to have it post to.

Current plan is to use the Zapier SNS to Slack integration. We should be able to use the free tier for now. No deep investigation has been done and if there's an easier/better way to do it, that's fine.

Any code needs (like lambdas) will need to be in a new repo, since it's not really part the API, but is a separate async event consumer.

Check this out, I modified this code to get our Google Sheet to post to Slack without needing Zapier. Perhaps you could base it on this? https://github.com/markfguerra/google-forms-to-slack
