Allow user to upload security keys

User must use the UI currently to upload keys. If user uploads to a different Zone other than the default the keys will not work. The keys are attached to the Zone and this script only uses the default zone. They may change in the future.

Also, if the user uploads the key and doesn't follow the standing naming convention for keys it could cause confusion later. Automating this task will ensure the key is named correctly and uploaded to the correct zone.
