Update not propagated to pwa #559

the web app has been updated on zeeguu org: there is only a setting button at the bottom of the LHS column.

however, the PWA still shows the old version.

is there something that we have to do for it to update at the same time as the web app?
should we just wait some more?
how does this work?

Seems this might be fixable through configuration of the service-worker: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/49739438/when-and-how-does-a-pwa-update-itself
