Hello, I have a recently setup of Ubuntu 24.04 with zfsbootmenu in an (non-secured) single-OS EFI environment. Thanks to the documentation, setup was very easy.
Now, I am up to make the first upgrade to my system and apt wants to install grub, since the new package of linux-generic depends on it. Currently, I am holding back grub-common manually, yet this avoids that the updated kernel gets installed.
Is it save to let apt install the grub environment after zfsbootmenu has been installed following the documentation, or will it confuse the boot process and I would need some "post processing" (e.g. updating EFI boot manager, redeploy zfsbootmene, etc.) afterwards?
