I accidentally set quick setting toggles to 0 #43

I accidentally set the quick setting toggles to 0, and my phone just black out. enter safe mode can't bring back anything, the only thing that i can see right now is my phone power menu, how can I fix it?
Please help! :(

May be this request can to become a feature request to add 15sec settings confirmation with rollback changes, if not user confirmed?
