I have an RPi that runs LibreELEC.

The 3D emulators are not available on Kodi for the following reason:
kodi-game/game.libretro.mupen64plus-nx#18

In that case would it not be a better user experience if lists containing such games weren't present?

I can help with identifying what works for me.
