Ability to change header info font size

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have a number of links in my header info, enough that they wrap around to a new line. Instead of this behavior, I would like them to all be on the same line. To do this, we should be able to change the font size of the header info.

A parameter in the metadata.toml file to set the header info font size.
