[BUG]: Seek bar chapters don't update during fast scrolling

Steps to reproduce the bug

Watch a video that has a couple different chapters.

Fast-forward through the video (I'm doing that by holding the "right" button on my Chromecast remote, not sure if there's other ways).

Actual behavior

Notice that while the preview thumbnail in the seek bar is updated every couple frames (so you know when to stop seeking), the chapter title is not. It will still display the chapter title from the chapter you were previously on, until you stop seeking.

Can this be changed so the chapter title also updates while seeking through the seek bar (by holding down the key), to make it easier to find the chapter I'm looking for?
