Allow grover to run against the NPM wrapper for PhantomJS #13

If grover could run against the NPM wrapper for PhantomJS users wouldn't need to have their path set up to point to the Phantom binary.

I'll look into this, it adds a bunch of new deps that I need to analyze and check their licensing.
