有关客户端服务器模式下知识包的推送 #157

当前使用的URule的具体版本号：2.1.6
遇到的问题详细描述：根据文档，URULE开源版不支持服务器推送知识包到客户端,不支持客户端服务器模式下大知识包的推拉。但实际上测试时是可以实现服务器推送知识包到客户端的，所以到底是支持还是不支持或者说部分支持呢？
