我觉得一切可以做烧烤的食物,在做成炒菜的时候都可以加孜然粉。 另外我发现鸡蛋炒某某的时候,鸡蛋里面加一点白胡椒粉,鸡蛋会更香。 |

是的,反过来也一样,不管什么菜,加上一点孜然就变成烧烤味道了,这可能是我们的舌头把烧烤与孜然的味道深深地联系在了一起。这也是我对辣条的理解。 而白胡椒粉呢,我的舌头对它的记忆本来是羊肉汤的特有味道,但前年夏天我在别人家喝一碗普通的黄瓜汤时,因为太寡淡,所以我随意往里面抖了些白胡椒粉,结果发现那碗白水黄瓜汤变成了羊肉汤的味道,遂明白过来,我对羊肉汤的记忆其实是白胡椒的味道。从那以后,我有时炖肉汤时就撒点白胡椒粉,把猪肉汤喝出羊肉汤的感觉。 |

我刚想到有个字母可以填上,O 藕夹。不过美国可能吃不上藕,就如没有菱角一样。 另,既然客官们点菜都变方便了的话,要是还点菜谱上的菜岂不是没撒意思。大老远折腾过去,肯定要点最难或者最复杂或者最麻烦的菜才能对得起主人的手艺啊,比如……佛跳墙。 |

这边有亚洲超市,常见的中国食品还是很容易买到的,藕也一直都有,上周我去亚超还刚买了一节。藕夹我以前可能做过,记不太清楚了,反正这种挂上面糊炸的东西都是一个原理,也可以炸肉片(比如锅包肉)、炸排骨、炸萝卜丝等。炸的东西因为太好吃了,所以我会控制做的频率。 让客官们点菜的主要目的是我根据他们点的菜来做用户画像,了解他们的喜好之后再根据冰箱里有的材料去做,不一定是他们点的。点佛跳墙的客官可以免费看我狗急跳墙。 |

炒黄瓜不蔫就是先炒好其他料,调好味道,最后放黄瓜猛炒数下,出锅,快点吃!一定先放盐,后放黄瓜!另有几个关于建立公司网站的问题,随时请教,望不吝赐教! 问题1: 公司网站是PHP+mySQL好,还是ASP+SQL好?基于.net的好,还是其他的好?用于中型公司网站,但希望系统能够框架良好,适合不断升级扩大。其他问题待续...,先谢了! |

推荐马铃薯鸡汤,汤有种特殊的鲜味,我是从《读者》杂志看到的。刚刚在网上搜了一下,发现了文章链接(作者是同一个人,不过这个似乎不是我看到的那篇) 吃鸡的真相四:与蘑菇和土豆是绝配。鸡肉是一种比较百搭的食材,但美国普度大学农业与生物系食品工程专业博士云无心指出,鸡肉与蘑菇和土豆是绝配。这是因为,蘑菇中含有丰富的鸟苷酸盐(一种呈鲜物质),鸡肉中则含有丰富的肌苷酸盐,在慢炖的过程中它们都会释放出游离的谷氨酸钠。三者协同作用,产生的“鲜味”要远大于各自单独使用时产生的“鲜味”之和。土豆含有较多的谷氨酸盐,和鸡肉搭配也会增强美味。 |
