Unable to build. No Access to "https://dl.bintray.com/yevster/maven".

Gradle is unable to Access "https://dl.bintray.com/yevster/maven" during the Build-Process. When trying to Access the URL manually in the Browser i get the same result, meaning a page saying "Forbidden!".
This might be, because JFrog deprecated Bintray.
Attached here is an Error Log with possibly helpful information.

Important Note:
To avoid further Errors, I have altered the build.gradle.txt
and the gradle-wrapper.properties.txt files.
(I had to add a .txt to the end so Github would accept the files)
