Describe the bug
Filter values remove button should be the same across different filter operators

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Add equals filter with value
Add contains filter with value

Expected behavior
expect remove button to have same styles and be in same location

if we can address the v-alignment of this one too it'd be great
