Review and test install script

There are three components to the script:

1. install.sh
2. build.sh
3. test.sh

Running ubuntu-nuclear-software-installer.sh will run each of these components in series. Right now, the only software they install, build, and test is OpenMC.

This issue can be closed when @npanczyk and/or @nsryan2 have reviewed and tested the script to operate without failure.
