Chat_id from a chat with an official API bot

Hey, I want that my bot (yagop) waits until it receives a message from an official bot and forward this to the user which typed in a command. Do you understand what I mean? And how can I do this?

therefore I need the chat_id for the Yagop Bot -> Official API Bot
