Remove Python NOT install via Homebrew Mac M1

New to Mac in general. I installed Python when I first installed the plugin app and was testing it. It gives me the following error. I want to know the proper way to remove this Python version, so I can install it the recommended way via Homebrew. I searched different posts, but no answer. Thank you. error is below

How did you install the current Python?

Sorry still new to all of this.

I install calibre --> plugin--> click on it and install menu came up. Did it that way. I am searching online and I think that the location of the Python.

Is there a way to update this version

That's Apple developer tool's Python, you don't have to uninstall it. Install Python from homebrew and plugin will find it.
