Tags syncing from wordpress to xenforo #3

The is a bug in Xenforo bdApi Consumer there is no way to sync tags from wordpress to xenforo.

So on wordpress site it needs to add 'thread_tags' = > to function xfac_api_postThread at api.php file

Code to add:
$postFields = array(
'oauth_token' => $accessToken,
'forum_id' => $forumId,
'thread_title' => $threadTitle,
'thread_tags' => $tags

Syncing tags is currently not a feature of this plugin. But we may properly support it in future versions.
