"It's super easy. For a prime P you octave-reduce P/1 to P/(2^something), then round that off to the nearest 12edo note. Then you use the usual degrees: 1\12 or 2\12 = 2nd, 3\12 or 4\12 = 3rd, etc. But what if it rounds off to 6\12? Then you map it to a 4th if it was < 600¢ before rounding, or to a 5th if > 600¢."
