How to make Narrator to read the content of non-accessible element?

Prepared simple demo (XForms.UWP) with Label element and turn on the windows narrator (windows logo key+Ctrl+Enter). But Narrator reads the title of the Page only and not reads the text of Label.

Please share any suggestions to make Narrator to read the Label text.
