Useful message not shown when hitting the log in limit

Expected behavior

The app should show a message if the user has exceeded the log in limit.

Actual behavior

The app shows a "Something went wrong, please try again later." generic message.

I think this used to show a proper message, so this might be a regression.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Log in and out enough times to hit the login limit (not sure exactly how many, maybe 5 times)
2. Notice the generic error is shown
3. In the device logs, you'll see a "You have exceeded the login limit. Please wait a few minutes and try again.

Tested on iPhone 11, iOS 17, Jetpack iOS 24.5 beta
