When saving a custom package as a template fails, we should display an error dialog. The dialog will allow the merchant to continue with the package selection without saving the template.

Title: We couldn't save your package as a template
Message: Do you want to process without saving it?
Confirm button: Proceed
Cancel button: Cancel
