User without roles should not access to Admin dashboard

After signing in, I shouldn't be able to access any admin views as a user. It now takes users to the Admin Dashboard.

Describe the solution you'd like

It should redirect to a page that indicates that it needs to send an email to [email protected] asking for the permissions required.

Acceptance criteria:

• When a user without administrative rights tries to access, a redirect to the default page occurs.
