Create and Edit Talks from our Admin panel

As admin user, I want to create Events from our Event module.

Describe the solution you'd like

As an admin user, I would like to create, update talks and see the current speaker for these talks.

Describe alternatives you've considered

This can be done in our Events page.

Acceptance criteria:

• Show Talk list
• Allow update Talks information
• Show errors if talks params are not valid
• Allow delete Talks
• (Optional)Speakers can be created from this view
• Only admin are allowed to do these changes
