Unusable index after segfault #8

I just had a segfault with the whistlepig index (on the add_label method) and now my index is completely unusable :

bin/heliotrope-server:691:in `new': invalid magic (expecting wp/postings) (Whistlepig::Error)
        from bin/heliotrope-server:691:in `<main>'

Is it possible to do something with it ?
