HELP: Simple base merge FLUX sum 0.3

please for FLUX model i dont get it
i work with supermerger and the internal meger ... here i dont see any think ... its totaly confusing

how i get this simple merge and save it with yours ???

and for the beginning in FLUX i must choose an 16bit, other way i get an error window

and reload-button delete the actual choosen model, why ? it should only reload the list in background like all reload buttons in a1111/webui doo ^^
