The same request will be used to invite or request to get inside of some event. The difference is an user will create a request with pending status and an event admin will create with invited status.
Remembering when an user request to get inside some event he only can after event admin approve.
With this issue we will create a user request. And exist other issue #9 #10 #11 and #12 that will be used to event admin invite user.
